(BOP) - The Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) in Hazelton, WV is seeking individuals interested in working with the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) as full-time Correctional Officers. This is an excellent opportunity to seek employment with the federal government and to have a meaningful career in public service with an agency that values a diverse workforce.

A Career Fair is scheduled for Thursday, April 4 from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. in the FCC Hazelton Training Center located at 1640 Skyview Drive, Bruceton Mills, WV. Interested applicants should bring a resume and valid government ID. Veterans should also bring a DD-214.

Please note: Federal regulations require BOP employees to be under 37 years old when hired. U.S. citizenship is required. Candidates are subject to a drug urinalysis, physical examination and background investigation. Additionally, those hired must successfully complete "Introduction to Correctional Techniques" in Glynco, Georgia.
